A new dimension in 2013


The fourth Salon du Chocolat Professionnel took place from 28 to 30 October 2013, alongside the 19th Salon du Chocolat Consumer Show (30th October-3rd November).

The Salon du Chocolat Professionnel more than doubled its surface area, increasing from 5,000sqm to a full 12,000sqm and hosted almost 100 exhibitors from France and abroad. The event attracted 10,000 visitors over 3 days for this unique gathering dedicated to chocolate and cocoa.


New features and highlights:

For the first time, the Salon du Chocolat Professionnel 2013 featured demonstration areas in partnership with Fòrum Gastronòmic featuring the most prestigious chefs and pastry chefs on the French, Spanish and international scene.

The Salon du Chocolat Professionnel also welcomed the finals of the World Chocolate Masters, the leading global competition for chocolatiers and pastry chefs, organized by the gourmet brands Cacao Barry®, sponsorisée par Carma® et Callebaut®,

The 3rd edition of the International Cocoa Awards celebrated cocoas of excellence according to their origin, with 40 planters and producers in attendance from all producing countries.
