The Salon du Chocolat Professionnel with Fòrum Gastronòmic hosted "Private Workshops": exclusive culinary workshops held by chefs & pastry chefs of the international scene. They offered an out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experience of sweet and savory cuisine with chocolate as a protagonist and will be accompanied by tasting.
