For the first time, the Salon du Chocolat Professionnel welcomed Fòrum Gastronòmic. Hosted in Gerona, Barcelona (Catalonia) and La Coruna (Galicia) by Jaume von Arend and Pep Palau, Fòrum Gastronòmic is a benchmark event in the hotel and restaurant sector.
